Married to Micky with three sons, I live in the sticks and am a country boy at heart. I’ve spent most of my career in tech progressing from coder, to salesman, to sales leader to CEO. After 16 years in corporates, I co-founded my first business in 2000 with fellow Pathfinder, Sandip which we exited in 2008. I went on to join Reevoo which I led until 2018. Today I help others avoid mistakes I’ve already made.

  • My “Huh?” Things: Can’t do attitudes, hypocrisy, arrogance.

  • My “Ha” Things: Family & friends and if I’m on a hill, in a wood or by a river I’m happy.

  • Phobia: For weeds surely?

  • Most admired trait: A sense of humour.

  • North Star: Keep it simple.

  • Favourite Song: I love music, I can’t pick one!

  • Album I’ll never get sick of: Caravansarai, Santana.

  • Favourite quote: “Vision without execution is hallucination.” – Thomas Eddison (probably)

  • One behaviour that makes you go nuts: The blame game.
