Stage 02
Stage 02
Get diligence-ready.
Diligence tests your numbers, contracts, customers, people and processes. We find the gaps before anyone else does and fix them, so diligence confirms your story.
Where you are
A sale, a merger or a strategic partnership is likely within the next year or two. You know a buyer's advisers will go through the business in detail, and you would rather find the problems first.
What we examine
- Revenue quality. Recurring and repeatable revenue, customer concentration, churn and pipeline evidence.
- Financial records. Management accounts, forecasts and the story they tell together.
- Contracts. Customer, supplier and partner agreements, change-of-control clauses and intellectual property.
- People. Key-person dependency, the management team beneath the founder, and retention.
- Processes and data. How the business runs when the founder is not there, and whether the data room can prove it.
What you leave with
A ranked list of gaps, a plan to close each one, and a business that answers the hard questions before they are asked.

Find out how ready you are.
A readiness review looks at your sales engine and at the areas a buyer or partner will examine first. You leave with a short, ranked list of what to fix.
